网络信息资源的安全隐患及对策研究

分析了由于信息资源的共享与开放范围广泛，操作系统和数据库管理系统安全级别低，新技术、新软件和新设备的引进，计算机病毒的感染和黑客的恶意攻击等问题带来的网络安全隐患；提出了建立和完善网络信息安全控制系统、加强网络信息资源安全管理、完善网络信息资源安全的政策法规等措施。

Research on the Incipient Faults and Countermeasures of the Information Resources on the Network

This paper analyzes on some incipient faults of the network such as the sharing and opening of the information resources in wide scope, the lower security level of the operation system and the database management system, the introduction of the new techniques, new software and new equipment, the infection of computer virus, and the hostile attack of the hacker, etc., and puts forward some measures for establishing and perfecting the security control system for the network information, strengthening the security management of the network information resources, and perfecting the policies and regulations of the security of the network information resources.
