蓄热式燃烧系统动态运行特性研究

摘    要:蓄热式燃烧系统具有大幅度节省燃料和减少NOx排放的双重优势,是当前最具发展潜力的燃烧系统之一。本文提出蓄热式燃烧系统的蓄热体和燃烧室等关键部件的动态数学模型,在此基础上建立系统的动态模型,并提出通道分离和预估-修正的迭代求解方法。对蓄热式钢包烘烤系统的动态运行特性进行研究,分析了换向阀换向时间和蓄热体长度对系统动态运行特性的影响。

Abstract:The regenerative combustion system (RCS) has dual advantages of saving fuel and reducing NOx discharge, which make the system one of the most promising combustion systems at present.Dynamic mathematical models of the regenerator and the combustion chamber, which are key components of the RCS, are proposed. Based on these two models, a dynamic model of the RCS is established which is solved by a channel-separated prediction-correction iterative approach. The dynamic operation characteristics of a regenerative ladle baking system are studied. The influences of the direction change period of the valve and the length of the regenerator on the system dynamic operation characteristics are analyzed.
