| 摘 要： | 通过对CAPP（computer aided process planning）统的功能分析，从工艺设计、管理、集成等几个方面确定CAPP系统的功能需求，进而设计和实现适合汽车线束制造企业的CAPP系统总体方案和各个功能模块．着重探讨线束图形数据库的设计、工艺过程的生成、工艺过程的输出及与Web信息系统的集成等关键技术，并给出系统实现方法．

| Abstract: | Analyzing the functions of CAPP system and its functional reqirements in terms of process planning,management,integration,etc.,this paper investigates the general design of the CAPP system and its main modules to meet the need of automobile electrical wire harness manufacturers,giving priority to some key techniques such as electrical wire graphics database design,the realization and output of manufacturing processes,and web information system,as well as the way to implement the CAPP system. |
