过程系统工程技术在中国石油化工的研究与应用

摘    要:回顾中国石油化工50多年的发展历程,特别是改革开放以来20多年所取得的成就,并从先进的炼油技术、石油化工技术的进展、以企业资源计划为核心的信息技术应用、工程设计技术创新以及分子模拟和计算流体力学的应用等5个方面论述了过程系统工程技术在中国石油化工发展中的应用及其重要作用.同时指出了今后过程系统工程技术在中国石油化工的炼油、石油化工、清洁生产、科技创新与应用、信息技术应用和工程设计等领域中的应用前景.

Abstract:A morn than 50-year developing course of China petroleum and chemical engineering was reviewed simply, especially the achievements obtained in 20 years since reform and opening. The application and value of process system engineering technology (PSE) in China petroleum and chemical engineering was also demonstrated from 5 aspects, namely, advanced refining technique, progress of petrochemical technology, application of information technology based on enterprise resource planning ( ERP) , innovation of engineering-oriented design technology and the application of molecular simulation and computational fluid dynamic. The applying prospect of PSE technology in refining, petrochemical production, green production, innovation and application of science and technology, application of information technology and engineering-oriented design in China petroleum and chemical engineering was indicated simultaneously.
