应变式传感器恒压源间歇供电

摘    要:分析了恒压源供电下的桥路输出特性以及影响电桥电压灵敏度的各种因素.供电电压的增加会受到桥臂允许功耗的限制,从而制约了电桥电压灵敏度的提高,并产生电阻"温升"和热噪声.针对电桥存在的上述问题提出的恒压源间歇供电方式,不仅可以提高传感器的灵敏度,还有效地降低了应变片电阻的"温升"和热噪声,提高了传感器的精度.

Abstract:The output characteristics of the bridge circuit which supplied with constant voltage source are analysed. The increase of the supply voltage of the bridge circuit is limited by the permitting power consumption of the bridge arms, which also hinders the enhancement of the sensitivity of the bridge voltage, and there arises the temperature-rise and thermal noise in resistances. As for those problems mentioned above, a method of intermittent power supply of constant voltage source is introduced in this paper, which not only enhances the sensitivity of the sensor but also effectively reduces the temperature and thermal noise of resistances. Eventually, the precision of sensor is enhanced.
