| 摘 要： | 以膏状乳化炸药生产线为例,介绍组态软件在工艺流程控制、参数指示、故障报警等方面的功能,并介绍了PLC在制药、包装等工序中实现对各种设备的自动化控制。证明组态软件和PLC是实现炸药生产自动化的有力工具,能更好地提高生产效率,增强生产安全性。

| Abstract: | The function of configuration software in process control,parameter direction,fault alarm functions,and etc.is introduced by example of emulsion explosive processing line.In addition,automatic control of PLC in pharmaceutical and packaging processing facilities is introduced.Configuration software and PLC are powerful tools to achieve automation of explosives production,and they can help improve production efficiency and safety. |
