| 摘 要： | 在解释软件能力成熟度模型(CMM )基本内容的基础上,介绍了软件企业商业目标实现框架的结构和内部关系.论述CMM如何从开发技能、过程控制和组织管理三个方面影响软件企业实现其商业目标,从而引导软件企业更积极的采用CMM技术来增强竞争能力.

| Abstract: | This paper briefly explains the concept of capability maturity model(CMM),and introduces the structure and internal relationship of the software enterprises business target model.The software enterprises influenced by CMM technology in three aspects such as developing skills,process control and organization management are discused.So software enterprises actively use CMM technology to improve the capability of contest. |
