| 摘 要： | 大学生作为心理迅速走向成熟但又尚未完全成熟的社会群体,在其成长过程中表现出一系列的心理问题,究其原因有主客观两方面因素。学校应通过营造健康的校园文化氛围、引导大学生提高自我心理调节能力、普及心理健康教育、进行心理咨询等方面帮助大学生远离心理困惑,形成健康人格。
