摘    要:平均粒度约400nm的钨粉以有机碳源作为碳化剂,氢气作为保护气氛,在1050℃,碳化40分钟,产物经x射线衍射分析碳化完全.有机碳在升温过程中裂解后形成松散的骨架结构,将钨粉颗粒之间隔离,碳化后形成了海绵状WC,疏松多孔极易破碎.

Abstract:Organic carbon source was used in the carbonization of tungsten powders with the average diam- eter of 400nm. The carbonization process has been testified completely by XRD at about 1050 ℃ ,lasting for 40 minutes with the hydrogen as the protective atmosphere. The cracking of organic carbonization agent when heated can form foam -like framework, which can separate tungsten powders between each other. After carbonization, the WC product was cavernous and prone to break.
