| 摘 要： | 伴随着生物技术的飞速发展,生物产业已经逐步成长为一个新的产业,很多国家都制定了本国生物产业发展的战略以及相关的立法。我国也应强化本国的生物产业立法,制定一部《生物产业发展促进与规范法》,建立健全我国生物产业发展的法律保障体系和强化我国生物产业安全的法律规范体系。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of biotechnology,bio-industry has been a new industry.Many countries have enacted their strategies as well as relevant legislations for the development of bio-industry.China should reinforce the legislation of bio-industry as well.For this purpose,the Law on Promotion and Regulation of Bio-industry Development should be specified,the legal system safeguarding China＇s biological industry development should be established and perfected and the law regulating system for China＇s biological industry safety should be reinforced. |
