| 摘 要： | 从70个随机引物中筛选出10个具有较高多态性检测能力的引物,用于RA PD扩增,共扩增出85个条带,其中多态性条带59条,占68.81%.对得出的结果用SPSS12.0进行聚类分析,结果表明:河南产香茶菜不同种、同一种的栽培和野生之间存在明显的遗传分化,其中种间的差异要大于种内.从DNA分子水平上探讨了香茶菜属6种植物之间的遗传关系,为中药材冬凌草的品种鉴别提供依据.

| Abstract: | 10 of 70 random primers were tested to posses the stronger detecting effect of polymorphous character.The genetic similarity correlation were calculated by SPSS 12.0 Dice method,cluster analysis were carried out using Between-groups linkage method and the genetic dendrogram was established.A total of 85 bands were amplified,59 producing polymorphism,the percentage of polymorphic bands was 68.81%.To study the character of 6 different species in plant of Rabdosia(Bl.)Hassk.at DNA level and offer evidence for identify the cultivals of Chinese materia medica Rabdosia rubescen. |
