| 摘 要： | 本文就圆柱形状误差在位测量提出了一套方法,把所得信号经数学处理,能获得精确的轴心轨迹和最小二乘圆柱表面的误差函数,可用其评定工件的圆柱度误差,进行机床故障诊断,并为误差补偿提供信息。

| Abstract: | A series of methods are presented for in situ measurement of cylindricity error. After mathematical treatment of the measured signals, the precise trace of axial center and least square error function of cylindrical surface are obtained and used to evaluate the cylindrical error of workpieces, to make a diagnosis of the failures in machine tools, and to provide information for cylindricity error compensation. |
