| 摘 要： | 聚合物胶束药物载体稳定性好、载药能力强、粒径小，是一类很有潜力的药物传输系统，它有力地拓展了胶体系统在药物控释、靶向等方面的应用。本文介绍了聚合物胶束在医药领域的一些新应用，包括追影剂载体、药物／基因载体、靶向药物传输系统以及在免疫学中的应用。预示着聚合物胶束药物传输系统具有广阔的开发和应用前景。

| Abstract: | Compared with other nanoparticles, polymeric micelles are more stable, small-sized and good at drug loading. It highlights the application in the filed of control-release and targeting techniques. The research on polymeric micelles as contrast agent carrier, drug/gene carrier, targeting drug carrier and application in immunology, are reviewed. It is challenging because of the possibilitiy in R＆D and potential reward. |
