| Abstract: | This paper introduces the problems existing in the low current system in the power transmission operation after the grounding, and compares the single-phase grounding in the low grounding system and the phenomenon in the voltage transformer's fusing,and puts forward some methods for analyzing and determines the causes of then obstacles of the system. |
