| 摘 要： | 大学和谐校园文化以培育个性发展的高级专门人才为价值追求，融知识性、美育性于一体，具有导向和辐射、扬弃和创造、约束与熏陶、协调与整合等功能。建设和谐的大学校园文化有着重要的意义。以先进文化为方向引领大学和谐校园文化建设，以师生员工为主体，全员参与和谐校园文化建设是创建和谐校园文化的有效途径。

It is an effective way to build harmounious university culture to take advanced culture as direction, to take teachers and students as main participants in building harmounious university culture. |
