| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种适用于我国电力建设的电源优化模型,该模型是作者在完成三峡开发方案论证课题过程中建立起来的。和国外相比,我们的电源优化理论上和算法上要求更高,难度更大。不突破国外的某些理论就不能创立适合我国的数学模型和算法。基于这些考虑,我们在电源优化中开发了一种特殊的启发式算法,突破了传统算法对整数变量数目的限制;在生产模拟中采用了等效电量法和处理水电机组的新理论,使整个电源优化程序具有明显特色。以此模型编制的电源优化程序已用于三峡系统电源优化计算,取得了满意的结果。

| Abstract: | The paper presents an optimal long range generating source planning modelfor our country. Considering the distinguishing features in our power industryconstruction, we have developed a special heuristic approach to solve the integerprogramming which enables us to take the geographic distribution of system loadsand generating sources into consideration, we also adopted the equivalent eaergyfunction method and equivalent hydro unit concept in the production simulation.The compulational speed and system scalar that can be handled by this modelsurpass those of packages widely in use in the world. |
