当前基层政府采购管理问题刍议

随着经济建设的快速发展和社会事业的不断进步,政府的行政事业单位国有资产显示出数量增长和质量改进的新特性,但由于适应市场经济的政府支出管理制度并未健全,或者还有一些在政府采购中的错误认识。文章拟就基层政府采购的一些问题进行分析和建议。

At Present the Grass-roots Government Procurement Assemblies

With the rapid development of economic construction and social undertakings in the continuous progress, the administrative mstatutions of government-owned assets show new features of growth in the number and improvement in the quality, but because of the management systems about government spending to adapt to market economy are inadequate, or there are still some erroneous understanding in government procure- ment. Procurement work at the grassroots level in municipalities and counties revealed some problems. This paper will make some analysis on the problems in grass-roots government procurement, and give advice for improveing government procurement management.
