土壤水分胁迫对银杏无机营养元素含量的影响

摘    要:
应用盆栽土培方法,采用完全随机试验设计,研究了1年生银杏实生苗在土壤水分胁迫下体内矿质营养元素含量的积累及其在各器官中的分配。结果表明:(1)随着土壤水分含量的减少,银杏茎和叶中全氮、叶中全钙和全钾、根中全铜及根、茎和叶中全磷含量有先上升后下降的趋势,而根系中全氮含量变化较少,茎和根中全钙、茎中全铜及茎、根和叶中全镁、全锰和全锌含量逐渐升高,银杏叶中全铜、茎和根中全钾含量逐渐下降;(2)各种土壤水分条件下,全镁、全氮、全磷、全钙等元素含量分配比例在根茎叶中的均表现为在叶中最高,茎中次之,根中最低,全铜含量的分布规律是根中最多茎中次之叶中最少,全锰含量的分布规律表现为根中最多叶中次之茎中最少,全锌含量的分配比例为茎和根中相当,叶中较少,全钾含量在根茎叶中的分配比例因土壤水分条件不同而不同;(3)相关分析表明,所测定的无机营养元素之间,部分表现出显著的正相关或负相关性。

Abstract:
One year old seedlings of Ginkgo biloba L.were grown in a pot under greenhouse conditions with varying soil water levels to study the effects of soil water contents on uptake and allocation of nutrient elements. Four soil water levels(80%(W_1),60%(W_2),40%(W_3) and 20%(W_4) of field capacity) were employed,and the time of treatment was 100 days.The results were as follows:(1) There existed significant effects for soil water contents on nutrition element concentration of the Ginkgo leaf,root and stem.Total N concentration of stem and leaf,total Ca and K concentration of leaf,total Cu concentration of root and total P of stem,root and leaf increased at the very beginning of the experiment,then decreased(W_3 and W_4) with decreasing of soil water content,However,total Ca concentration of stem and root,total Cu concentration of stem and total Mg,Mn and Zn concentration of root and leaf increased with decreasing of soil water content,but total Cu concentration of leaf and total K concentration of stem and root decreased.(2) The order of total N,P,Ca,and Mg concentration of root,stem and leaf from high to low was c(leaf)> c(stem) >(c(root)),and the order of total Cu concentration was c(root)> c(leaf)> c(stem),and the order of total Mn concentration was c(stem)> c(leaf)> c(root),and the order of total Zn concentration was c(stem) >c(root)> c(leaf).(3) The correlative analysis among nutrients elements showed some of nutrient elements had a significant positive or negative relativity.
