微型制冷机设计特点及联试结果分析

摘    要:
文章介绍了一种0.5W/80K微型双活塞对置式斯特林循环制冷机的设计特点,并对设计思路及联试结果进行了分析。目前,该制冷机与红外探测器组件联试已取得成功,被冷却红外器件工作时温度低于77K,室温成像效果清晰,已用于多元红外系统中。

Abstract:
The design characteristics for 0.5 W/80 K miniature dual opposed piston Stirling circular cryocooler is described in the paper,and its design idea and combined test result are analyzed.The experiments of the cryocoolers incorporating with the IR detector systems have been successfully conducted.The temperature of the cooled IR detector is below 77 K when it is in operation,and the effect of photo in room temparature is quite satisfied.The cryocooler has been used in the multiple IR dedector system.
