| 摘 要： | 两汉是中国妇女地位发生转变的关键时期。西汉和东汉又呈现出不同的特点。西汉时期,伴随着大一统王朝的开始,社会出现开放的风气,对规范妇女方面采取了较宽容的态度,女性在婚姻关系中有相对的自由权利。但到东汉时期由于封建礼制的完善,对儒家思想和女性道德观念的宣传,男性自我地位提高而女性地位降低,女性开始自觉遵守不合理的伦理道德规范,地位呈现逐渐下降的趋势。
