| Abstract: | Zinc base alloy with additional chemical compostions of Al(3.57%), Cu (3.42%) , and Mg(0.05%) is selected and processed by means of refining and deoxidizing in crucible. Then the punch for cold forming is formed by direct casting, resulting in a good mechanical properties to meet the requirements of punch operation for cold forming. |
