| 摘 要： | 在公众理解科学领域,欧洲国家率先发展了许多公众参与科学事务的实践模式,丹麦技术委员会创造的共识会议是其中之典型代表。在关注共识会议被广泛传播的前提下,文章从文化、社会、政治的角度,分析了共识会议在欧洲产生并受广泛关注的历史背景;并着墨共识会议的组织程序与特点,分析了国内外共识会议研究中的两条线索——民主政治、公众理解科学;指出共识会议对民主政治的贡献是有限的,应在公众理解科学的背景中,寻求其作为公众理解科学新模式的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the historical background of beginning nad spreading abroad of consensus conference with angles of view of cultural,societal and political;then summarizes two paths in which scholars study consensus conference;at last,the paper points out that consensus conference should be regarded as a new model of public understanding of science,not only a public participation model. |
