浅析科学的发展观

十六届三中全会通过的《决定》,首次系统完整地提出了完善社会主义市场经济体制一定要坚持全面的科学的发展观。由此可见,全面科学的发展观已经成为中国经济改革与发展的基本思路和重要理念,它标志着我国经济社会在经历了20多年的快速增长之后发展战略和发展方式的又一次根本性转变,这一战略转变既是对这20多年改革开放实践的经验总结,又是继续推进、深化和完善社会主义市场经济体制的重要组成部分;更是努力建设我国全面小康社会这个发展目标的重要保证。

An Analysis of the Scientific View of Development

The Decision from the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party for the first time brings forward systematically and completely that we have to insist on the scientific view of development if we want to perfect the socialist system of the market economy.From this we can see that this standpoint has become the basic thought and important idea of the reform and development of Chinese economy which indicates another ultimate change of the development strategy and method after our social economy has experienced more than twenty years' fast increase.This change is not only the summary of experience after the practice of the reform,but also plays a very important role in going on advancing,deepening and perfecting the social system of economic market;what is more,it is a significant guarantee to fulfill the development object of constructing the well-off society.
