摘 要: | 运用皮尔逊相关分析,采用保险调查数据,综合研究了北京市日车辆行驶事故数量与日平均气温、日降水量、日空气质量指数的关系,得到以下结果:1)10月份行驶事故数量占全年的比例最高,2月份最低;2)年尺度数据分析显示,日行驶事故数量分别与日平均温度和日降水数量呈显著负相关,与日空气质量指数呈显著正相关;3)季节和月份尺度数据分析结果表明,日车辆行驶事故数量与日降水量无显著相关关系,夏季日平均温度与日行驶事故数量之间呈显著正相关关系;4)夏季营造良好车内环境、秋冬季节改善道路条件、污染天气限行制度、行驶事故风险预警等,有利于减少车辆行驶事故,改善交通拥堵现象.

Abstract: | Vehicle accident data from insurance statistics,meteorologic data and air quality index (EQI) from official environmental monitor stations were used to conduct Pearson product-moment correlation analysis,in order to reveal impact of temperature,precipitation and AQI on vehicle accidents in Beijing.February was found to be the month with fewest vehicle accidents in 2015,but October had the most accidents,accounting for 10 % of total annual vehicle accidents.Analysis further showed that both daily mean temperature and precipitation correlated negatively to daily vehicle accident number,but daily AQI correlated positively.Seasonal and monthly data analysis showed some difference to yearly data analysis.No significant correlation was found between daily precipitation and vehicle accident number.Daily accident number was found to correlate positively with mean daily temperature in summer.To improve in-car air quality in summer,to improve road conditions in autumn and winter,to limit vehicle number on the road during heavy pollution,and to forecast accident risks,will all help to reduce accident number and relieve traffic jam. |
