| 摘 要： | 解决大学生就业难、难就业的核心问题是提高大学生的就业创业能力。论述了普通高校培养机械类专业学生就业创业能力的教学体系的构成:工程理论教学、工程实践教学、课外科技活动及其内涵,提出了有效实施教学体系所需要的三个条件:加强师资队伍的工程素质培养、建立校内工程训练中心和创新实践中心及营造浓厚的课外科技活动氛围。 |

| Abstract: | The key issue to solve the problem of employment for college graduates is to improve their skill of employment and entrepreneurship.This article investigates the structure and goal of the education system in colleges for employment and entrepreneurship training to college student in mechanical engineering.The education system should be composed of three components： theoretical engineering teaching,practical engineering teaching and extracurricular technology activities.We propose three conditions required for effective teaching system： enhancement of the quality of the engineering faculty,establishment of campus engineering practice and innovation centers,and creation of a strong atmosphere of extracurricular technology activities. |
