针对部分大学生存在焦虑、烦躁等方面的心理问题,困倦、易疲劳等机体方面的问题和自闭、冷漠等人际交往方面的问题,指出了亚健康状态对大学生的心理、机体、人际交往等诸方面的危害,根据大学生在心理、机体、人际交往等诸方面亚健康状态的特征提出了有效的护理干预对策和方法,以期帮助他们尽早走出亚健康状态,促进大学生在心理、机体、人际交往等诸方面健康成长。

The Dangers of Sub-health State of Students and Nursing Intervention
