淮海经济区旅游经济空间差异及发展战略研究

利用ESDA与统计分析方法，对淮海经济区2003—2009年20个城市国内旅游收入的时间演变和空间差异进行了研究，研究结果表明：1）经济区旅游经济持续增长，总体差异呈现波动减小趋势；2）区域旅游经济集聚性减弱；3）苏北、鲁南、豫东、皖北4地区区间差异减小，区内差异扩大．4）各城市集聚变化较小，没有发生旅游格局的重组，形成以京沪沿线（鲁南、苏北）为主的高一高集聚区和以皖北、豫东为主的低一低集聚区．在此基础上建议构建“一心两轴四节点”的旅游空间结构，提出了促进区域旅游跨越发展的举措．

A RESEARCH ON THE TOURISM ECONOMIC DISPARITIES AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY IN HUAIHAI ECONOMIC REGION

Based on the statistics data of domestic tourism economy of Huaihai Economic Zone, spatial - tem- poral pattern and spatial interaction type of tourism economic disparities have been probed into by using EDSA and statistic analysis. The results indicated that： 1 ） From 2003 to 2009, the domestic tourism income grows consistently. And the total tourism economic disparities have decreased fluctuately. 2 ）The spatial clustering decreases. 3 ） The disparities among North Jiangsu, South Shandong, East Henan and North Anhui have enlarged, while the disparities inside them respectively have reduced. 4 ） Cities with high tourism economic level have extended along the direction of Beijing - Shanghai Railway. Cities with low tourism economic level gather in East Henan and North Anhui. The change of spatial clustering is relatively little from 2003 to 2009. Based on the research, this paper suggests building up a tourism economical model which is constituted with one core, two tourism economic corridors and four poles. The paper also puts forward several strategies to speed the tourism development of Huaihai Economic Region.
