中职学生技能与理论学习策略的对比与分析研究

采用杨依里、张乾一和文萍等人(2015)编制的《中职学生学习策略量表》对广西5个中等职业学校共455名中职生进行问卷调研与访谈。结果表明:(1)技能深加工策略的分数显著高于理论深加工策略的分数。(2)理论浅加工策略的分数显著高于技能浅加工策略的分数。这说明中职生更为注重掌握一门技术,而对理论的掌握深度不如对技能的投入那么积极。他们在理论学习方法上更为注重一般性、简单的学习策略,偏重机械地重复背诵,划重点等方法,倾向以"完成"为标准。

Comparison and Analysis of Skill Learning Strategies and Theory Learning Strategies of Vocational School Students

This study, according to Yang, Zhang & Wen’s four subscales of 17 items from the“Vocational Students Learning Strategies Questionnaire”, issued questionnaires and interviews of 445 vocational school students in 5 vocational schools. And the results showed that: (1) Scores of skills deep-processing strategies are significantly higher than that of the theories deep-processing strategies. (2) Scores of theories shallow-processing strategies are significantly higher than that of the skills shallow-processing strategies. This means that compared with theories, vocational school students put more emphasis on the mastering of a technique. But they are not completely abandoned the theory learning. As for the method in theory learning, vocational school students pay more attention to the general and simple learning strategies, mechanical repetition and recitation, and they tend to apply“completion”as the standard for theory learning.
