| Abstract: | Along the idea of sub-equation,by performing variable coefficient polynomial expansion of the generalized Riccati equation,many families of new exact solutions of the(2+1)-dimensional KdV equation with variable coefficients are obtained.Consequently,the solutions of the nearly concentric KdV equation are also derived. |
