| 摘 要： | 所介绍的固态外部存储器是一种以半导体ＲＡＭ芯片为存储介质，由单片机控制的计算机外存设备，它具有磁盘的功能，能工作在抗粉尘，抗潮湿，抗震动和防爆等环境的工业控制现场，完成磁盘所不能胜任的工作．

| Abstract: | The solid-state external memory introduced in this article is atype of external storage,which consists of semiconductor RAM and is controlledby the single-chip processor. Its function is the same as diskette's, but can operate better under adverse circumstances of worksite due to its dustproof,moistureproof and shockproof ability. |
