| 摘 要： | 心理训练在当今各个领域中被广泛应用。在我们体育教学中也成为一种主要的教学手段。本文通过教学实验,发现在排球教学中运用运动表象训练,能激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学质量。所以实践证明,在体育教学中运用运动表象训练是一种积极可行的教学方法。

| Abstract: | Nowadays psychological training is widely used in various fields, and has become a main teaching means in P.E. teaching. Through teaching experiment, we find it can stimulate interest of students and improve the quality of teaching to apply sport imagery training in volleyball teaching. Practice has proved that it is a positive and practical teaching method in physical education. |
