交联壳聚糖膜制备及对酸性大红染料吸附作用

摘    要:以采用流延法制备得到的交联壳聚糖膜作为吸附剂,对酸性大红染料废水进行吸附脱色处理,考察了吸附时间、pH值、吸附剂投加量和酸性大红起始浓度等对吸附脱色效果的影响。在吸附时间为60min,pH值为4.5,1L废水中壳聚糖投加量为1.25g时,交联壳聚糖膜对酸性大红的脱色效果良好,吸附率可达95.46%。对实验数据运用相关数学模型拟合,结果表明,该等温吸附平衡同时符合Freundlich或Langmuir模型,线性相关回归系数较好(R^2均高于0.98);吸附过程动力学符合二级反应,线性相关系数良好(R^2〉0.99)。

Abstract:The cross-linked chitosan film prepared by solution method was used as a new type of absorbent for the removal of acid scarlet GR.Batch absorption experiments were carried out on absorption time,pH value in the solution,dosage and concentration of acid scarlet GR.The results indicated cross-linked chitosan film could successfully remove 95.46% of acid scarlet GR when the optimum technological conditions were provided: as pH value of wastewater 4.5,absorbing time about 60 min,and absorbent dosage 1.25 g/L.Fi...
