| 摘 要： | 针对啤酒酵母扩培过程为复杂的生化反应过程,且在不同工艺阶段温度控制要求不同,结合模糊控制对非线性、大滞后、难于建立数学模型的复杂过程可实施有效控制的特点,设计了由SISO模糊控制器和PID-MISO模糊控制器组成的变结构模糊控制系统;介绍了变结构模糊控制的PLC实现方法;采用此方法设计的温度控制系统在实际工程应用中取得了较满意的控制效果.

| Abstract: | Taking into the complex biochemistry process of beer yeast spread cultivation and different requirement in different course,combining with effective method of fuzzy control for nonlinear complex system,the paper designed a variable structure fuzzy control system composed of SISO fuzzy controller and PIDMISO fuzzy controller.The implement method of variable structure fuzzy control system with PLC is introduced.The result of practical engineering application shows that the control performance is satisfactory. |
