614型电子管交流稳压电源的改造

摘    要:本文针对614型电子管交流稳压电源的大量损坏和报废情况,叙述了一种用集成运放LM324等元件构成的交流稳压电路替换其原有的电子管交流稳压电路的方法。该交流稳压控制电路体积和功耗大大缩小,价格低廉,提高了交流稳压电源的效率,延长了连续工作时间,扩大了交流稳压范围(稳压范围达交流165V至242V),同时增加了过压欠压保护功能。

Abstract:This paper presents a method which uses a new control board composed of IC LM324 and other compenents to replace the old tube control board to save the vottage-stabilizing AC supplies with614-Type tubes which have been demaged and scrapped a lot in aperation.The volume and plwer conaumption of this new control board are reducde greatly,its price is cheaper It increaaed its efficiency,extended the work time,expanded the voltage-stabilizing range of the AC supplies (from AC 165V to AC 242V).It aloogained the lunction for proTecting the AC aupplies being demaged form over or lower the voltage limits.
