摘    要:煤在低温自燃发火过程中的热效应是多种多样的,但主要是煤与氧的化学反应热.通过装煤850kg的大型煤低温自燃发火实验台模拟煤自燃过程,根据实验台测定的温度场变化和传热学理论,推导出计算不同温度时松散煤体低温氧化放热强度的热平衡测算法.通过对不同煤样的自燃发火测试,利用该方法推算出不同的煤在相同温度下的放热强度,为煤自燃特性的定量分析及自燃发火预测提供了理论依据.图1,表1,参8.

Abstract:The heat effect is multifarious during coal spontaneous combustion at low temperature, but the main is chemical reaction heat of coal and oxygen. Through simulating the process of coal self-ignite by the experimental unit loading coal 850kg, and according to heat-transfer theory and the change of temperature field determined through experiment of coal self-ignite at low temperature stage, thermal equilibrium method is developed to calculate heat liberation intensity of loose coal oxidation at different low temperature stage. By test of spontaneous combustion to different coal sample, their heat liberation intensity is calculated by the method at the same temperature. It offers a theoretic criterion for quantitatively analyzing characteristic of coal self-ignite and forecasting coal spontaneous combustion.1fig.,1tab.,8refs.
