| 摘 要： | 二战后,出于对苏冷战的需要,美国对德严惩政策逐渐转变为扶持政策。美国为了增强对抗苏联的实力和稳定西欧,扶持建立联邦德国,从而造成了德国的分裂。联邦德国成立后,美国给予了不遗余力的支持,使其经济迅速复苏,主权得以恢复,并在北约框架下实现了重新武装。与此同时,为了使德国不再成为欧洲力量平衡的破坏者,美国努力用条约体系将联邦德国维系在西方阵营之内。 |
