背越式跳高技术教学的实验研究

摘    要:以背越式跳高动作中常犯的错误为逻辑起点,以优化背越式跳高技术的教学手段为切入口,设计了背越式跳高技术教学的理论模型,并对其进行实证研究.结果表明:背越式跳高技术教学的理论模型具有针对性较强、整体性较好、功效性显著等基本特征.实验证实,该理论模型具有相当的实践性和可行性,并能更加有效地提高背越式跳高的教学效果.

Abstract:By taking the common errors made in the back-style high-jump as a logical starting point and by optimizing the means of teaching back-style high jump technique as the introduction,this paper designs a theoretical model for teaching back-style high jump and makes a positive study of it.Experiments show that this theoretical model has the basic characteristics of better direction,better holistic performance and outstanding effect.Positive studies show that the model is practical and feasible and can effectively enhance the effect of teaching the back-style high jump.
