摘    要:基于PIC16F876单片机设计了一种电子式热继电器.它以检测到的三相电流值为依据,通过控制算法模拟热继电器的热记忆功能和反时限动作特性,可以在发生过载、三相不平衡、缺相等故障时实现对电机的保护.样机测试表明该继电器工作可靠、实时性好,而且容易实现.

Abstract:A heat relay is designed on the basis of single chip PIC16F876. It firstly measures the value of three phase currents, then uses the control algorithm to imitate its characters of heat memory and antitime limit, finally realizes protection for motor when occuring over loading three phase imbalance or lose phase. The showpiece is proved to be reliable; it is good in real time performance, and easy to realize.
