| 摘 要： | 从国内的技术状况出发,设计和研制绘图机用扫描仪.讨论了扫描仪的功能模块划分以及扫描头、扫描仪电路的设计,对应用接口软件的主要内容作了分析,并给出了一幅扫描后输出的例图.最后,将研制的扫描仪与市场产品HI-SCAN CAD 128A进行了比较.

| Abstract: | As a scanner for large-scale drawings, the scanner head type HZSCAN2 can be operated with a pen plotter of the roller type or planar type. The HZSCAN2 system consists of the scanner head, transmission cable, interface circuit board and driver. In the scanner head, a contact type optical system is used as the distance between object and image is short. A high speed A/D converter is used to collect image data by means of DMA. Antiinterference measures have been taken for the cable transmission and signal receiver, and a 4-order low-pass filter is placed in front of the signal amplifier. The contrast brightness and grey level parameters are used to control the quality of bilevel image processing. The performance of the type HZSCAN2 scanner head is compared with that of the type HI-SCAN CAD128(A) American product. |
