摘    要:通过正交试验对透水混凝土进行配合比设计,测试了透水混凝土的孔隙率、干密度、渗透系数、抗压强度、抗折强度与抗冻等级,通过极差分析对试验结果进行分析,得出骨料粒径、水胶比和孔隙率对各项基本性能的影响规律。运用超声波检测技术对透水混凝土试件的超声波波速进行了测定,研究了超声波波速与各项基本性能之间的关系。在冻融试验中研究了超声波波速随冻融循环次数增加的变化规律,并构建它们的量化模型。结果表明,超声波波速与透水混凝土各项性能指标的相关性良好。本文为使用超声波波速评价透水混凝土各项基本性能及冻融损伤程度提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Pervious concrete mixture was designed with orthogonal test. The porosity, dry density, permeability coefficient, compressive strength, flexure strength and resistance class to freeze-thaw of pervious concrete were tested. The effects of aggregate size, water-binder ratio and porosity on various basic properties of pervious concrete were obtained with range analysis. Ultrasonic testing technology was used to measure the ultrasonic pulse velocity of pervious concrete specimens. The relationships between ultrasonic pulse velocity and various basic properties were studied. In the freeze-thaw test, the variation of the ultrasonic pulse velocity with freeze-thaw cycles was studied, and the quantitative models between them were constructed. The results indicate that the ultrasonic pulse velocity has a good correlation with various properties of pervious concrete. The research provides a theoretical basis for evaluating the basic properties and freeze-thaw damage of pervious concrete with ultrasonic pulse velocity.
