饰面型与钢结构防火涂料膨胀性能比较研究

摘    要:采用膨胀倍数测试法测试了超薄型,薄型钢结构防火涂料与饰面型防火涂料的膨胀倍数,比较了饰面型防火涂料与钢结构防火涂料膨胀倍数的不同点。饰面型防火涂料膨胀倍数大于30倍为合格;超薄型防火涂料膨胀倍数大于35倍达到合格级,可以判断其质量合格。

Abstract:The intumescent times of super-thin and thin steel-structure fire-retardant coating and latex intumescent coating were tested with the test method of the intumescent times. The test results were analyzed by the comparision method,leading to obtaining their varying rules of intumescent times with fire resistant time.When the intumescent times of the latex intumescent coatings are more than 30 times,those of the super-thin fire-retardant coatings are more than 35 times,the quality of the related coatings can be intended to be eligible.
