| 摘 要： | 随着学校外部环境和学生管理工作主体对象的变化，高校的学生管理工作也相应发生了变化，分析现有的学生管理工作状况和学生管理工作需要创新的迫切性，提出了学生管理工作需要在管理理念、管理制度和管理体制上创新，以达到培育合格的“四有”大学生的目的。

Being fully aware of the condition of the student affairs management and its shortage of creativity, we should make some rapid progress in creativity of the management idea ,structure and system . To cultivate eligible college students should be our goal. |
