套袋对凤凰柚果实品质的影响

就凤凰柚套袋处理对果实的外观、内质及农药和重金属残留的影响进行了研究,结果表明:套袋处理的果实较未套袋的果实表面光滑、金黄、色泽均匀,病虫斑果、污染果显著减少,其中病虫果减少了31.5%、畸形果及污斑果减少了49%,裂果率降低52.8%,商品率提高了22.5%,且极大减少了农药和重金属残留量.套袋处理的果实可溶性固形物含量基本没什么差异,但含糖量提高了14%,含酸量提高了6%,糖酸比提高了9%.

Influence of Bagging on Fruit Quality of Phoenix Pomelo

In a study reported in this paper,the influences of fruit bagging on the external appearance of phoenix pomelo,its internal quality and the residues of heavy metals and pesticides were investigated.The results showed that compared with the unbagged control,fruit bagging improved the smoothness and luster of the peel and decreased the percentage of spotted and polluted fruit.Diseased and insect-injured fruit decreased by 31.5%,spotted fruit by 49% and dehiscent fruit by 52.8%,and its commodity rate increased...
