摘    要:制备了Tween80/正丁醇/水3组分体系的微乳液相图,研究了温度、盐度对微乳液区域的影响,并通过染色法和电导率法对微乳液的O/W、W/O和B.C.型区域进行了区分.利用动态光散射仪测定了不同盐度下的空白微乳液和包封有全反式维甲酸载药微乳液的粒径,并用渗析-紫外光度法研究了微乳液对全反式维甲酸的缓释作用.结果表明:正丁醇在Tween80胶束相和水相之间的分配系数K为130.2,室温下混合体系在水相大于64%时形成O/W型微乳液;温度和盐度对微乳液形成区域影响很小;增加盐度和加入药物能使微乳液的粒径稍有减小.所制得的微乳液对全反式维甲酸有良好的缓释作用.

Abstract:Microemulsion of Tween80/n Butyl alcohol/H_2O system was prepared,and the microemulsion region as well as the influence of temperature and concentration of NaCl on the region were determined with ternary diagrams.The O/W,W/O and B.C.regions were divided by dye and conductance methods.The distribution coefficient K of n Butyl alcohol between Tween80 micelle and water was 130.2.The diameters of microemulsion with different concentration of NaCl or microemulsion enveloping all trans retinoic acid(ATRA)were measured by Dynamic Light Scattering.The release rate was studied with dialysis bag Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry method.The results showed that O/W microemulsion was formed when the water content exceeded 64%.The influence of temperature and salinity on the microemulsion region were very slight and even the diameter of microemulsion also decreased very little with the increasing of salt and ATRA concentration.The microemulsion entrapping ATRA possessed eminent sustaining release efficiency.
