摘    要:输出流量均匀性和噪声等级是衡量泵性能的重要参数.从分析叶片工作腔压力变化出发,对泵的工作腔预升压过程进行了建模,计算出了预升压工作腔的压力、压力梯度及泵的瞬时流量随油液的体积弹性模量变化的曲线.结果表明,随着油液体积弹性模量的下降,泵的流量脉动及流体噪声均增大.在实际使用中可以通过充分去除油液中的气泡、减小配流气穴,提高油液体积弹性模量,减小流体噪声.

Abstract:The noise level and discharge uniformity are important parameters for assessing the performance of hydraulic pump.The pressure transient in pre-loading chamber of a high-pressure vane pump was modeled. The graphs of pressure transients,pressure gradient and instantaneous flow varying with the bulk modulus of oil elasticity were figured out. It was shown by calculation results that the flow ripple and fluid noise of hydraulic pump increased seriously when the bulk modulus descended.In practical application,the fluid noise of hydraulic pump could be reduced by means of removing the dissolved air in oil and suppressing the cavitaion in pump.
