摘    要:本文给出了在任意应力时间历程作用下,具有初始裂纹的构件达到失稳破坏的剩余寿命的估算方法,并对海洋工程中常用材料16Mn在模拟海水介质中进行了确定裂纹扩展速率常数C和m的实验。本文给出了较简单的剩余寿命估算公式,可用于一般情况的海况作用下粗略估算构件的剩余寿命。在海水介质中,对表面半椭圆形裂纹试件的裂纹扩展速率实验表明,在加载频率为1~10Hz、应力比为0.15~0.30范围内,加载频率及应力比对裂纹扩展速率影响不明显。

Abstract:This paper gives a method of evaluating remaining life of a structure member with initial cracks under the action of an arbitrary stress time history. A set of tests are carried out to determine the crack propagation rate constants (C, m) of a kind of steel (16Mn) commonly used in marine engineering at 'the condition of imitating sea water. A simple formula used for evaluating remaining life of the members in normal cases of sea water has been given. The results show that the effect of frequency and stress ratio on the crack propagation rate is invisible in the range of 1-10 Hz load frequencies and 0.15-0.3 stress ratios.
