摘    要:在介绍浙江宁波摩士集团生产销售过程中取得的经验的同时,明确指出了其存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进建议:一是要扩大客户群体,建立良好的客户关系;二是建立和完善客户管理系统;三是有效提高销售人员的素质。

Abstract:This paper introduces the experiences of Moshi Goup, Ningbo City , Zhejiang Province, obtained in the course of the production and sales, points out its existing problems, and puts forward corresponding solving suggestions: the first is to enlarge the client groups and establish good relation with the clients, the second is to build and perfect the client management system, and the third is to improve effectively the quality of the sales force.
