| 摘 要： | 本文报告三例经光镜检查证实的A型急性黄疸型肝炎肝组织的超微结构,是线粒体肿胀、凝聚、内质网增生、扩张以及毛细胆管损害为其显著特征,且以同类型乙肝作对照,显示A型肝炎病损较轻。

| Abstract: | Some characteristic changes of ultrastructure of three acute hepatitis. A cases who were diagnosed through microscope are reported. They were swelling and aggregation of mitochondria, hyperplasia and dilatation of endoplasmic reticulum, and bile canaliculus damage. Comparing to the acute hepatitis B, the damage of hepatitis A was less severe. |
