摘    要:人是理性和非理性的统一,人的非理性能力在人的创造性认识活动中具有十分重要的作用。人的非理性能力是可以培养的。开展创新教育,要改变传统的只重知识、智力和理性因素的观念,从课程结构、评价体系、个性品质养成、科研创新实践等途径去培养人的非理性因素和非智力因素,从而培养出更多创新人才。

Abstract:Human is the unity of rationality and irrationality, and the latter plays an important role in the creatively cognitive activities. Humans irrationality can be cultivated. The traditional notion of emphasizing only knowledge, intelligence and rationality should be changed to develop creative education. Many aspects such as curriculum, assessment, the formation of personality and morality, the creative practice of scientific research should be involved to cultivate humans irrationality and non-intelligence elements, and to cultivate more and more creative talents.
