| 摘 要： | 在对比国内外效能概念的基础上，研究了作战效能的基本概念，给出作战行动效能的定义及其内涵解释。按照传统和新兴的分类原则对作战效能的评估方法进行划分，重点讨论了层次分析法、ADC模型法、作战模拟法、试验统计法和支持向量机评估法这五种典型的方法。分析了每种方法的优势与不足，以及应用中需注意的问题。最后指出目前研究中存在的难点，明确进一步研究的内容与方法，对作战效能评估工作具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on comparing the various concepts of effectiveness, the paper analyzes the basic concepts of operational effectiveness, defines the action effectiveness and explains its connotation. All the evaluation methods have been classified by traditional and newly developed methods. Five typical meth- ods are thoroughly discussed which are AHP, ADC modeling, combat simulation, statistical method and SVM. It analyzes both strengths and weaknesses of these methods and indicates what should be paid attention to their applications. Finally, it points out several problems at present study and identifies the direction of future research. |
